The Mix Student Residences

A 467,125 SF, 26-story high rise with 685 bedrooms and 78,379 SF parking deck and 8,136 SF of retail space for off-campus Georgia State University student housing. CCS performed the final interior and exterior cleaning for student housing tower. After construction was complete, the owner of the Mix was so pleased with the quality and level of cleaning provided during the construction phase that CCS was awarded the janitorial cleaning of the building. CCS is proud to have worked on this building from the construction phase to current providing janitorial cleaning.
